About you…
  • Level 1 / 2 Help Desk experience
  • Good sense of humour and a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Ability to solve problems with minimal / unreliable information
  • Exceptional communication skills and active listening skills
  • Time management / managing conflicting priorities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional even after the 5th call from Susan in HR who has forgotten how to reset her password again  
Oh, about the tech stuff…
  • ITIL experience or certification – would be cool
  • Experience with O365, Service Now or similar ITSM tools
